Job Description:

As a Fullstack Developer at Capgemini, you will be an essential part of our automotive projects, working closely with product managers, system architects, and stakeholders. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with product managers, system architects, and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for automotive projects.
  • Conducting interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
  • Utilizing industry-standard tools such as DOORS and Rhapsody Automotive to manage and trace requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of requirement engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using DOORS and Rhapsody Automotive tools for requirement management.
  • Familiarity with system engineering concepts and practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
