Job Description:

As a Blogger in our Early Career Program, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in Career Development: Engage in intentional and structured career development activities and receive active coaching and mentoring. We're invested in your growth and success.
  • Formal Engineering Training: Complete formal training in engineering fundamentals essential to the Baker Hughes Engineers and relevant for the business. This training equips you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role.
  • Global Networking: Connect globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers. You'll have the opportunity to interact with global business leaders, broadening your horizons and expanding your network.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our mission to redefine the energy sector.
  • International Experiences: Participate in international experiences and assignments, gaining a global perspective and enhancing your skillset.

In addition to the above responsibilities, we require the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Coding Skills: Possess knowledge of software and coding languages such as C# and Java, which are essential for our technology-driven environment.
  • Academic Performance: Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent).
  • Recent Graduate: Have graduated from your Bachelors’ degree within the last 36 months, showcasing your readiness to embark on a successful career.
  • Communication Skills: Be fluent in written and spoken English, with effective communication skills. Your ability to convey ideas and collaborate is key to your success.
  • Curiosity: Be inquisitive and outwardly present a thirst for more knowledge. We value your curiosity as it drives innovation.
  • Mobility: Be geographically mobile, as locations may vary, and international travel may be required to fully immerse yourself in this exciting program.
  • Legal Authorization: Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying (India).
