- Collaborate closely with software developers to create optimal implementations.

- Develop efficient, scalable, and reliable software components.

- Construct features and modules from the ground up.

- Maintain existing features and modules.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers graduating in 2024 with degrees in BE / B. Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / MTech / MCA /M.Sc. in Computers.

Selection Process (Online/Virtual):

1. Online MCQ-based Test

2. Marksheet Verification (Minimum 75 marks in Maths in 10th & 12th)

3. Online Coding-based Test

4. Technical Interview

5. Final Interview with the Founder

Duration, Stipend & Compensation Structure:

- Internship (3 months):

  - Work 21 hours/week as an Intern.

  - Part-time stipend: INR 7,500


- Trainee Program (6 months):

  - Work 42.5 hours/week as a Trainee.

  - Full-time training stipend: INR 15,000


Upon Successful Completion:

  - Absorption into the company with a CTC of INR 7,00,000 p.a.


Joining Date: 1st week of October 2023


Location: Fully remote (Application to selection will be virtual/online. Post joining, the working mode will be online/work from home.)
